Burger King

It took 20 minutes for the hamburger to come out without an order.
Also, I compared the hamburger I ordered with other hamburgers, and even though the price was higher, it didn't taste good and the food I made was terrible.
I'll never eat a hamburger here again.
Do you mean that global companies can do business like this?

A total disaster and disappointment.
We are not regular consumers of such food.
Only from now and then, a small guilty "pleasure".
The expectations were high since I remembered Burger King to be one level up compared to the other disaster, McDonald's.
Even for such food, there used to be a minimum standard. I am not sure if the staff of this location is the problem, or the general staff implementing the Burger King concept in Romania, but the experience was beyond poor.
Ordered 3 menus (Whopper something and 2 Smokehouse!? can't really remember the exact names, almost 10 euro each, not cheap) at around 8.30 pm on Dec.7th, indeed a time when personnel is already tired and probably low in enthusiasm to care too much about what gets in a customer's stomach.
The order was ready quickly, 5-10 min.
Which explains why the burgers were cold.
Probably cooked in advance that day, and only thrown in a bun along with the other cold ingredients.
The meat was a rigid, dehydrated, tasteless, 5mm-thin shoe heel, and a failed-reheat attempt.
The bun was old and cold.
At least the potatoes were warm, not too salty, which has become a rarity nowadays. Not sure if it's this location, or if the entire Burger King business in Romania should go through a thorough audit from the mother company.
This is their second attempt to bring this brand in our country, and it will again sink, if this is the level of food and service quality they provide.
I know it's the last time they saw us for sure.
It also explains why, sitting next to each other, the queues are still in front of McDonald's.
Same s..t, but at least it's cheaper.
I won't comment on the atmosphere.
It's not anyone's fault, it's just the typical, loud, train-station mall food court. Overall, it was a sad, very sad story about a company "stealing" our money, because that's the main feeling we had, that we've been robbed, by being offered in return something very far from what was promised, a meal that landed in our plate just minutes before otherwise being thrown in the garbage bin. Don't keep up this way!

It used to be edible meat, above McDonald's.
Double steakhouse, not the cheaper option.
Now they use the same disgusting lifeless double dry patty as Mc.
That's good, I'll give up eating this junk 👋🏻
