I ordered a bacon and cheese whopper with no onions and tomatoes and light on the sauces.My order was completely wrong .I have No bacon nor cheese on the sandwich.It looked like they just slapped everything together really fast and I didn’t receive my nuggets I ordered and paid for.I tried calling back up there because I’m unable to leave work and nobody picked up.I am completely disappointed with my order.
Waited at least 5 min after they told me to “hold “ at the speaker to order.Then another 15 min in line waiting to get ONE chicken nugget kids meal.Only go here at night if you’re not in a hurry or have to be anywhere at any particular time.On top of that 20 min spent in a fast food drive thru— they open the window and hand me my food and don’t a word.No thank you, have a great day, and definitely not a sorry this took 20 min.Literally not a word.Customer service should be addressed at that location ASAP
Aniya has great customer service skills, a sweet smile, is honest and kind!! Hard to find that in Montgomery in my recent visits to fast food I went to two other places this trip to get a cup of ice and was told at both restaurants (Taco Bell and jacks) 5.99, obviously a rip off because larg like drink doesn't cost that much.By the way at this Burger King a large unsweet tea is under 2.00 and ice is under a dollar.I asked them that today. This place won't rip you off.LOL.Great experience here this morning.Will return to this location.Thank you Aniya, you're the best.
