It was an average Burger King experience, they have order kiosks that were pretty straightforward.
It was a pretty average wait time, I think I had my food in 10 minutes or less.
It was pretty busy when I was there and a lot of people were complaining about buying large drinks but being told later that they didn’t have any large drink cups (the downside to the order kiosk).
If you are in a hurry or want a large drink, I’d probably go somewhere else but it was pretty decent food & didn’t cost much.
The lady working was nice and got my order correct.
The chicken fries were very good!

I ordered a large sausage egg croissant meal.
They gave me a small drink.
I explained that I ordered a large and the cashier said small is all they had and said, what do you want me to do? I said refund the difference.
He said he couldnt do that.
Someone in the back went to try and find some large cups but didn't find any.
I Saud, give me two small drinks.
The cashier said, that's what I asked you but you didn't hear me.
Very rude...

Dirty, true Birmingham experience. Didn't have coke or diet coke, how the hell does that happen in 2024? They made it right by giving me a medium sized drink, vs my ordered large. Surprisingly the food was good.
