This is the worst burger king in columbus ga everytime I go in the inside to order it takes them 20 minutes to fix my order.
The manager there is nasty i always order the whopper Jr meal with cheese and bacon with no tomatoes.
They literally just threw my burger together charged me for bacon but didn't put any on my burger I will never go back to this location again I jus moved to this sound of town and that bk is more convenient..
but for now on I will drive all the way to the one downtown of Columbus..

What’s good yall.
This use to be an elite Burger King.
But I truly believe if people were paid properly they would do a better job in customer service.
After a long day of work and not wanting to cook I stopped here and order my food.
I checked my food before I drove off.
Making sure everything was there and it was.
But when I got home starving of course, opened my whopper and the whole bottoms and top of the bread was molded.
Along with the order being cold along with the chicken sandwich I ordered.
I simply just thru it away and didn’t have the energy to even take it back I was disgusted and had a loss of appetite.
The food is trash all over in Columbus Ga.
I think this was my final straw I will be cooking for the rest of my stay here to say the lease.
Let’s get it together people.
If you don’t want to work or give customer service just quit.
Because I believe in order to be truly happy you have to do things that make you happy.
But poor customer service is something I hate whole heartedly.
