September 18, 2024I recently visited the Burger King on Phillips Ave, and while the food itself was what you'd expect - flame-grilled Whoppers and crispy fries - the service was a mixed bag. 🍔
The drive-thru wait felt lengthy, and the staff's attitude could use a boost. The young man at the first window was a standout, making my experience brighter. I appreciated his enthusiasm! However, my order got mixed up, and it took a while to sort out.
The food was delicious but could’ve been warmer. I hope they improve their service soon... Will I return? Maybe, fingers crossed for a better experience next time!
