Burger King at Covington Plaza is a hit-or-miss experience. 🌟 On a recent visit, we faced an unexpectedly long wait. After ordering our half dozen burgers, we waited over 30 minutes, and even then, a burger was missing!
While the staff seemed overwhelmed, I appreciate the young employee who jumped in to help. The atmosphere was casual and family-friendly, but customer service needs a big boost. Our fries weren't fresh, which was disappointing.
