Good spot! Food is average and the table service can be extremely slow! It gets super busy.
We have not had to pay an entry fee but they do check IDs at the door. If you reserve a table they want everyone in the party to be there before they will seat you. Reason I have them 4 stars is because around 9:30/10 they stop playing country music and it’s almost turns into a club.
Which sucks as we all go to enjoy the country music and two step etc.
I wish they did play more two stepping music.

Just tried this place for the first time and as we Got there as an event was finishing up and had to wait a while to get seated.
Eventually we get seated and the waitresses were so mean (except for the host) and then CHUCK the bartender saved the day literally he changed the whole experience for me and my husband.
Took care of us and checked in to make sure we had a good time.
Honestly would’ve given a 1 star review for the wait time and no one helping us once we sat down but thank you Chuck for making our experience so great.

Went to have dinner for the first time at Buckles & Boots on Lancaster boulevard. Upon entering you immediately feel like you're in a country tavern. Very rustic and fun. We went on a Friday night and not sure if this happens all the time, but they had line dancing lessons happening which was entertaining to watch. We ordered the blackened salmon and ribs.
The ribs were tender and flavorful but nothing stood out as far as the seasoning or sauce went.
The blackened salmon was charred to the point that the ends were crunchy so completely overcooked.
I'm a huge fan of blackened fish and have had it several places and it's something I make at home.
I would not recommend this dish there as it didn't have the heat and the fish was dried and pretty terrible.
The side dishes we ordered were the green beans, garlic, mashed potatoes and the cowboy beans, All of which were very flavorful and good.
They had a full bar and some unique signature drinks.
Overall a decent dining experience.
