Brushi Bistro & Bar is a hidden gem in Omaha! 🌟 I was pleasantly surprised by the level of creativity showcased in their dishes.

I started with the garlic shrimp appetizer, which was an absolute delight - four generous shrimp swimming in a fragrant garlic, lemon, and butter sauce paired with perfectly seasoned fries.

For the main, I had the whiskey chicken; a generous, tender portion bathed in a rich sauce. While service could improve as we waited a bit longer for our orders, the food truly outshines any minor flaws. Can't wait to explore more of their menu! 🦐✨
