Railcar Modern American Kitchen is a delightful surprise tucked in a strip mall. 🌟 The ambiance is upscale, with a unique traincar vibe that sets the stage for a memorable evening.

We indulged in the chicken schnitzel, which was tasty but reminiscent of chicken parmesan – still a win! My husband tried the burger, and while he didn't love the flavor combo, it's all about preference.

Excellent service from Morgan made our visit delightful, and I must mention the outstanding salmon - bursting with flavor! We’ll definitely return! 🍽️
