Boro is a cozy spot that truly embraces the spirit of Bucharest! Situated by the Dambovița River, the views are stunning, especially from the upstairs terrace. I sampled the trio of starters, which was filling and flavorful, and the cocktails were top-notch - definitely some of the best in town! It's wonderful that they accommodate both small gatherings and larger groups. Just a heads-up: the terrace can be smoky if it's closed off, so be mindful of that. Overall, a lovely experience! 🍹
