Boriken Restaurant offers a cozy atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. I indulged in their delicious bistec empanizado, perfectly drizzled with pique hot sauce, which heightened the flavors. The maduros were a delightful side, sweet and satisfying. Though the service was polite, I sensed a slight lack of attentiveness during the busier times. Prices were reasonable, and the portions generous. Overall, it’s a nice spot for a taste of Puerto Rican cuisine in Beaverton... 🌴
