Sambi offers a delightful taste of Japan tucked away in Beaverton. The sushi is simply remarkable - every piece is fresh and expertly crafted. I highly recommend the Salmon Nigiri; it melted in my mouth! The cozy atmosphere makes it ideal for a relaxed meal, even when busy. I appreciated the exceptionally friendly service too, even considering they were slightly short-staffed. Don’t forget to try their $1 hot green tea - it’s a steal! I’ll definitely return for more. 🍣
