Flat-out refused us service because they "closed in 7 minutes." What's the point of being open if you won't serve food?? And we didn't ask for much, just some dirty rice.

My 1st time trying Bojangles and I'm just wondering who's keeping them in business? All jokes aside I'm not a fan.
The chicken was ok at best but the sides left a lot to be desired.
But hey the customer service top tier and that rare to find in fast food these days.

Tried to stop in after a long day on the road for dinner but the door was locked.
The hours on the door say dine in 9pm, we were there at 8pm.
So we went through the drive through started to place our order and were told it'd be a 20-30 minute wait.
We left and went across the street to Slim Chickens and had food in less than 10 minutes and it was awesome! The worker in the drive through said they were short staffed which might be the case or they are just lazy because I heard multiple people talking on the intercom.
I would have understood the wait if they were really busy but there wasn't anyone there and we could see they had all the food put away 2 hours before they were supposed to be closed.
