Took over 10 minutes to be acknowledged once we walked into the restaurant.Even when the girl came over she had no greeting and was very unfriendly.When she didn’t give us our drink or extra sauce she had an attitude and just said how much extra sauce cost even though we already paid for it.No customer service and a filthy kitchen, absolutely don’t recommend.
So I ordered a 12 piece tailgate meal and the lady tells me it will be 15 wait on legs or I could substitute, so that’s what I did also ordered Fries Mac and cheese and dirty rice for my sides.I get to the hotel and no fries and only 11 pieces of chicken they subbed all wings for the legs, could have at least given me a little variety like I asked for.Lesson learned time to start doing my own cooking restaurants are getting sloppy these days
Most of the time this location is decent, however there are many issues with it.Last night I waited 15 minutes to order my food and 15-20 waiting on it.This location is understaffed.The workers however are really nice.The dining area was a mess and needed clean.When I got my food, the fries were soggy and some of the chicken wasn’t even cooked all the way.I would recommend this location but please be cautious.
