First time here finally after it opened.Same Bojangles at every other location I have been to as far as taste which is good rightttttt. I got the 3 piece dinner with fries and biscuit and sweet tea.All good except I think they gave me all the leftover fries.Kind of stale.Service was average compared to other fast food places I have been to.Bathroom was clean and stocked.Recommend and Return.Happy Eating 😊!
I’ve been through the drive thru 3 separate times in the last month on varying days and varying times during the morning hours and have waited in line upwards of 20 minutes.I eventually gave up waiting this morning and left the line along with several other vehicles.Since I’ve experienced this on varying days and at varying times, it’s unlikely that I’ve been unlucky on timing waiting for cooking to complete, so I suspect this issue is more systemic.The food is good, but I am unlikely to return anytime soon given my experience.
It was horrible.The "manager" was rude.I was inside in line behind one older man.After he waited over 5 minutes to be asked what he wanted he couldn't decide and walked away.I step up and about to start ordering the "manager" just walked away.I waited a minute and was like hello and she said be with you in a minute.At this point I had been in the store trying to order for 8 minutes.Waited a few more minutes and then she was mad that I was mad about her just walking away.No apology and then said I wasn't as important as the people in the drive thru when I asked is this really how Bojangles treats their customers, so I left.Terrible service, terrible attitude from "management".Do not go there if you if you like friendly, fast service because it ain't happening.
