Nuns in a food truck parked behind an insurance shop sling vegan plates TNTC.These sisters are single-handedly keeping Austin weird.Eat here now before they decide it’s better to pray for the world than cook for it.
Great vegetarian food.I highly recommend trying this place if you like vegetarian food once in a while. We tried the tofu orange chicken equivalent, stir fried glass noodle, and sesame ball dessert (it’s fried with mung bean filling). Both dishes were really nice and light and felt really healthy. The dessert? 10/10 her personal favorite. The nuns and volunteers are easy to talk to and accommodating. The food and service definitely reminded me of my Buddhist temple that I used to go to. Adidaphat

Thank you, Victor.Happy New Year 2024.
Delicious and plenty of vegan options in a Vietnamese style.Located in the back of the buildings, it was being run by the looks of two people.Food was delicious and the wait wasn't long.Would come again!
