Blue at the Hilton Beachfront Resort & Spa is a lovely spot for dinner after a day soaking up the sun! 🌞 I tried the coconut shrimp appetizer, which was absolutely divine - crispy and flavorful! The crab bisque was rich and creamy, packed with fresh crab meat, and the drinks were simply fantastic.
The ambiance was cozy and modern, making it perfect for unwinding. Our server, Sofija, was incredibly sweet and attentive. I can't wait to come back for another round of those delicious cocktails and desserts! Highly recommend it for a great vacation meal! 🍹✨
