The pizza was pretty good except the pizza was cold ,but that could have been my fault for taking to long to pick it up .I thought the ordering process was a bit more difficult then need be , we ordered a few 1 liters as it was listed on the website but when we got there they only had 2 liters ...thus we had to pay an extra 10 dollars or so ...all in all I think I would go back for sure.
Me and my mom have always thought this pizza is the best in town honestly.We used to have a place called Anthony's pizza on Fort Carson but they got rid of it.So this is the closest we can get.Ordered a cheese and pepperoni was craving it for awhile.But I would say delivery got a little mixed up for my pizzas did not arrive when I was told (30 mins intentionally waited 40 mins).However when I called back and Nicholas Shaw, one of the workers, answered he was great and helped me figure out where my pizza was.He was the driver so he got me my pizza as soon as possible (11 mins) so i'm satisfied.They made up for their mistake.Will be ordering again, of course, in the future. Update: ordered a half cheese and half pepperoni XL pizza last night.Had to wait an hour or so bc of the recent snow storm.Anyways we got the pizza but this time it wasn't as impressive as last time.At least 3 slices had almost little to no cheese on them like they were completely skipped over.We decided it was like who ever made our pizza was in a rush.My mom called about this and was given an "okay" and they would tell the person making the pizza to do better.We have been ordering pizza from here for at least 4 years and this time around we weren't as satisfied with what we got unfortunately.
All of the one star reviews are true...i learned the hard way..... I ordered delivery from here for the first time.I ordered BBQ wings and got Buffalo....fine...but what wasn't fine was me pulling a 8 inch blond/brown hair oit of my pizza.When I called.my issue was not resolved.Obviously I don't want food from this establishment if there's hair in the food.I simply asked my pizza be refunded so I may order from some place else.The attitude from the owners daughter was terrible.It's not hard to refund a pizza.Why do you need to ask daddy's permission? I will NEVER order from this place again.Just refund my order ffs. Edit as a reply to the owner.I didn't cuss.I was polite and simply asked my food be refunded...and then i was met with rudeness from you daughter.She dismissed the hair in the food like it was ok...Yall pissed my husband off by being really rude and disrespectful towards me.This is not how you treat customers.Your daughter got what she gave, and deserved.I already called my bank to fight this ridiculous charge from your poorly ran establishment.You shouldn't be in buisness if you cant handel it properly.

Had you called and politlitly given us your complaint, it would have been addressed quicker. Calling and demanding things, swearing at our employees and making threats to come to the restaurant, will never be accepted here. Your pizza was refunded.Have a good evening.
