We sat at the bar for the first/last time.Our choice of the far right end seats at the bar counter proved regrettable.Throughout the meal, My dining space was plagued by distractions: loose change and bills rolling into our area, so many servers congregating to count tips, and engaging in super unprofessional behavior.Like talking disrespectfully about the other servers and also the customers that they were serving.It was really a terrible experience.Its just not something you want to hear or deal with when your trying to have a few drinks and relax.I took a photo of the server who was not my server but one who was counting his tips at the bar in my space.He intrusively grabbed my arm while he dropped his change on the floor next to me.crossing a line of personal space.I was grossed out when i seen our bartender refilling her personal Stanly cup with bar water!! That definitely raises concerns about hygiene and cleanliness standards of this place!! I don't think we will be back at the bar the disregard for customer comfort and sanitation practices observed during our visit detracted significantly from the overall experience..
Last night was the worse experience I've ever had at one of these restaurants.The service was ridiculously slow, we weren't seated with silverware, We had to ask for it twice, and when we did get our silverware, a lot of it was dirty. I understand our wait staff was doing some training, but it was definitely not an experience that was good.I asked about the fries, Twice, being gluten free, he said other than being cooked in the same fryer, which for me isn't normally a problem, they were just potatoes.I asked if they were coated with anything, he said no.I'm miserable today.Teach me to believe someone knows what they're talking about.But still, if someone specifically asks, and you don't know, you should say "I don't know" and then I'll order something else.The gluten free bun on my burger was over toasted and hard too. My mom ordered the BBQ burger with the onion strings.It's pictured with onion strings, you know the easy to eat ones? It came with big, fat, giant onion RINGS...Not what she was ordering and she wasn't alerted that there had been an update but the menu hadn't been updated either. The wait staff went on a break towards the end of our meal, which was fine, except the replacement didn't check on us at all.We had to finally wave her down, which I prefer not to have to do, it's the least polite way to get their attention. All in all, not an experience I wish to repeat.I don't believe we'll be going back to that location.

Nayeli was super busy but was able to bring everything out really fast an ordered pretty quickly.:) I got the kicken chicken sandwich and my bf got the bbq tri trip sliders!
