October 21, 2024Bistro Jaybi is a delightful spot for authentic Caribbean flavors! We ordered the popular griot tacos on Taco Tuesday - an absolute score, bursting with flavor and served with tomatillo sauce. The fried chicken here is crispy yet juicy; I couldn't recommend the chicken sandwich more! The ambience is casual and welcoming, making it a perfect backdrop for a relaxed meal.
Despite the plantains being a tad dry, they were tasty nonetheless. Great service and plenty of parking make this spot one to revisit for sure! đ
