What a delightful spot! 🍽️ We visited Biscuits and Bourbon for breakfast and were immediately charmed by the cozy, trendy vibe. The Brisket Potato Hash was a standout - rich chunks of tender brisket paired perfectly with crispy potatoes and a luscious over-easy egg.
The biscuits? Absolutely heavenly! I could eat them all day without anything on them. My only hiccup was the underseasoned potatoes, but they didn’t detract from the overall experience. Terry, our server, was fantastic, making us feel right at home.
