Biscuit Boy at the Albuquerque Rail Yards is a hidden gem! 🥪 I stumbled upon their stand-alone shop while grabbing a pour over at Casa Brew, and I'm so glad I did!

The green chile chicken biscuit was pure bliss - flaky, flavorful, and perfectly spicy. I couldn’t resist going back for the Nashville Hot biscuit, which packed a delightful punch!

The outdoor counter offers a safe way to enjoy delicious food, especially during these times. I even had them cater a work event, and they went above and beyond with timely delivery and well-packaged treats, complete with labels for their amazing jams!
