El Modelo Mexican Foods is a true gem in Albuquerque! 🌟 I stopped by for a late breakfast and ordered the Huevos Rancheros – absolutely delightful! The flavors were spot on, with perfectly cooked eggs and spicy beans.

While the service is a bit chaotic, the staff is super friendly, making it worth the wait. Just a heads-up: I noticed prices are rising, but it remains an iconic spot for delicious comfort food.

Be sure to try the red chicken enchiladas; they were some of the best I’ve had! Can’t wait to celebrate nearly 100 years of this beloved place. 🎉
