Birba offers a charming outdoor dining experience on Palm Canyon Drive, perfect for a warm evening. The ambiance is delightful, especially as the sun sets behind the mountains. While the pizza, particularly the hot honey and prosciutto, showcased fresh ingredients, it did lack a robust flavor punch, and the crust was a bit soggy. The fried squash blossoms are a standout appetizer, bursting with flavor! Service was attentive, which definitely enhanced our visit. Overall, a pleasant place when you prioritize environment over exceptional taste. 🍕
