Billings Heights Hokkaido Ramen House is a solid spot for a quick meal. I tried the spicy ramen, which packed a nice kick with generous Gochujang added right on the side. 🤤 The tantanmen noodles were also delightful.

While I enjoyed the freshness of the edamame, I found the Hokkaido boba a tad too sweet for my taste.

The atmosphere is casual, making it perfect for a laid-back dinner. Fast service added to the overall pleasant experience. I’d pop in again!
