Today we stopped by here for brunch.Fortunately, I had a table, so I could sit right away.I thought it was an American breakfast restaurant, but I was interested to see Asian food. The atmosphere wasn't bad, and the food was a little heavy, but it was worth eating. But it was a little hard because they sweep the floor with a broom during the meal or sprayed cleaning solution on the side table. The solution irritated my nose and throat while eating, making me lose my appetite. It wasn't a very pleasant experience.
It's been awhile since I've had Bill of Fare! Overall, good value for the food. The two of us ordered: -Bill omelette -George omelette Very large portion sizes.Flavors were good.Reasonable prices. Service is where I had to dock a star. After food is dropped, staff is nearly non-existant.It took a long time to wave someone down.I also received the check immediately after getting the food, which I thought wasn't the best practice in case someone needs to order additional food or not.Pay at the counter in the front. Indoor and outdoor seating available. There is some parking in the lot.During peak hours, can definitely be hard to find parking, so will need to park on the street.
We were looking for a brunch spot in a Sunday morning to try and we stumbled upon Bill of Fare on Yelp.I decided to order the Monte Cristo and my boyfriend decided on the Chicken Fried Steak. We also ordered the Mama’s Greek Yogurt as a dessert to try. Monte Cristo: 10/10 Wow! What a dish! The Monte Cristi consists of bread with cheese, ham, Turkey, and havarti on the inside. This one tasted really good alone but when I dipped it in the raspberry jam, I was pleasantly surprised by the well balanced taste of it while eating. It comes with a side of either hash browns, fries, cottage cheese, or fresh fruit (for an additional charge).Highly recommend to try! Chicken Fried Steak: 8/10 The chicken mixed with the gravy was good.It came with some toast, eggs and your choice of a side of either hash browns, fries, cottage cheese, or fresh fruit (for an additional charge). The toast was a bit too dry. Mama’s Greek Yogurt: 10/10 Must get!!! The Greek yogurt is made in house. When it first came out, my boyfriend and I thought we weren’t going to be able to finish it but we were wrong. We devoured this dessert even though we were super full. The yogurt was very creamy and not too sweet. It blended really well with the strawberries, blueberries, nuts, and honey. This one I would highly recommend trying!!! Very solid brunch spot.I would recommend coming here for some good breakfast, brunch, or lunch! It was a bit busy during the time we came around 10AM.The workers were accommodating and friendly.
