Bill Miller BBQ is a true gem for barbecue lovers! 🍖 The brisket is perfectly smoked, and I can't get enough of their delicious sides. We especially enjoyed the creamy mac and cheese and the tangy pickles.
The casual atmosphere is family-friendly, making it a great spot for a quick bite after a day at the zoo. Despite a packed lunch crowd, the service was impressively fast!
Their desserts are a nice treat to finish off the meal. Overall, a solid choice for anyone craving authentic Texas BBQ! Definitely returning soon! 😊

I recently visited Bill Miller BBQ, and it didn’t disappoint! The comfort food is consistently good - had the sausage poorboys and they were delicious. The quick service is perfect for families, and their coffee is surprisingly great! A must for your BBQ cravings!
