Itâs been 15 min we ordered and the line still hasnât moved .Unfortunately this is the location closest to us .Every single time we come itâs something ⌠normally just slow.This will be the last time for a while we spend our money here .Instead of moving the car up at the window they have us sitting here waiting .I suspect because itâs pouring rain and the employees donât want to bring the food out. Also the young man who took our order tonight (830 2/2/24) was rude..short and we asked nicely to repeat and he just had an overall bad attitude. Oh weâre home food is ice cold and they forgot my po boy What a shame . Edit: Bills I completed this process that evening - the night of our visit as if 2/6 we still have not heard back I will continue to update to provide review of how situation was handled

The food has always been fine at this location.Fresh and tastes great.The problem at this location and most Bill Millerâs is the lack of attention to detail.It gets busy, but that shouldnât be an excuse to not making sure orders are filled correctly.There seems to be no QC in order filling.The employees start an order, then half way through start another.Then go back and forth between multiple orders and this seems to be a recipe for poor fulfillment.The last few times I have visited both through the drive thru and in to go area inside, something is left out of my order.Missing a taco or hot sauce or bbq sauce.Always something.I have asked the person taking the order for bbq sauce or hot sauce and they snap back very quickly that âit comes with itâ even though every time something is missing.This is something simple to fix but it seems that there have been multiple complaints about this on social media and in person and everyone is âtoo busyâ to do anything about it.It seems they donât need to do a complete job in order to stay in business.Good for them!

***Edited to update*** I updated to four stars because the area manager is working to resolve the situation. After reaching out to the location and speaking with the manager who didn't offer anything but a slight attitude and apology, I filled out the form on the website and received a response from the area manager.He said that he will be addressing this issue with the managers about paying attention to the details of the order and he'll send me a gift card to use on the next visit.I'm hopeful that the next visit will be better because they do have the best tacos and hot sauce! **Original review** I ordered 14 breakfast tacos for co workers.On the order, I requested salsa and that the tacos be labeled. I received zero salsa with my order of 14 tacos.I even added extra salsa to my order which I didn't receive.Also, none of the tacos were labeled as I requested on my order. The order was otherwise accurate. If you order online, don't expect any salsa. I spent my morning at work going through and labeling tacos and apologizing to co workers that there's no salsa. I just called and spoke to the manager on duty.She just said "sorry." There was no offer to make anything right.This is just as disappointing as not receiving the salsa in the first place.
