I've been here multiple times, today we tried the beef spicy ramen, crispy chicken to katsu ramen, spring rolls and the ramen comes with lots of noodles but not enough broth.
I asked for extra spicy.
It has no spice at all! And the broth was too salty and the beef also tasted dry and salty.
The spring rolls tasted like frozen ones that were not cooked enough.
Don't order extra ramen like I did, that was too much.
The crispy chicken was decent but needed a spicy sauce.

*Edit: Went back for a second, even more delicious visit than bedore! Had the original chicken in the pork broth with extra veggies and extra egg.
The extras are totally worth it! Man this place is delicious! Definitely going to make it a regular spot. Outstanding hidden little hideaway in a strip mall off 281!! My first experience with a ramen restaurant.
One of the owners was behind the counter when we came in and saw my confusion as I was looking at the menu and took time to explain the ordering process and all the special ingredients.
I had the crispy chicken in the pork belly broth ramen and it was SOOOO DELICIOUS.
The broth was smooth, salty, hot, and well seasoned.
The noodles were tender and plentiful.
I did not expect so many different toppings in the soup - it was like an adventure eating such a giant bowl of fresh, delicious ingredients! Between the delicious food and the wonderful, friendly service I will DEFINITELY make this one of my regular stops! Thank you for an incredible meal!

Plenty of vegan options, including vegan broth for the ramen.
Service was great, ramen was okay (tasted a little fishy) but after I added shiraca sauce the ramen was a lot better.
