Crispy, spicy as in flavourful, wings with sauce choices.
I like mine plain with pickles.
The tartest tounge smackin pickles btw.
Yum.
Battered Crispy fries with dipping sauce.
My crew preferred bbq & ranch.
Crispy thin breaded fried Catfish fillets.
Very Crispy chewy gizzards.
Coleslaw was average but better than fast food.
Excellent Parmesan Chicken sandwich.
If you are Wing Crazy & can afford to treat it up...
Get double order because they're smaller but we love them that way (in the old days that style was called Knottsberry Farm Style) packed with twice the flavor of normal wings!! 🤩🐔🐔🎉✨ and drumroll...
Those powdered sugar covered Beignets with Carmel and Chocolate! Hot.
Fluffy.
Layered like in France!!! C'mon.
When they come out eat them right away and go back to your other food.
It is a bit spendy once you add drinks and desserts and additional items...
But practically everywhere is like that.
It's reasonable for a combo & drink.
Erica is a 10/10 star employee there! If she's not the owner (i didn't ask) she should be, because she answered all our questions and made excellent suggestions! Love people who know their food!!! Place was CLEAN at 4 to 6 when we hung out.
Maybe invest in some of those see thru dark blinds as the sun drowns out some chairs/ booths.
We had a Great time! 4 ADULT guests eating A LOT for $100 with soda / tea refills! Add tip well deserved! Still took home some.
Enjoy! Going back to try more whole catfish, carp, other sides etc...
for fun.
But getting wings anyway.

I loved the catfish.
It was amazing and crispy.
Especially with their hot sauce.
It be amazing if they made their own tartar sauce and hot sauce in house.
But still good.
The wings, I got buffalo, were tasty but so small.
I prefer bigger wings, and these were the width of my index finger.
Not that big at all but the flavor said them.
The fries were good seasoned good would be well if it had more salt but I really liked the food.
My dad’s coleslaw wa son point tho.

I wanted to love this place so bad! I went because of the pictures of the cornmeal breading on the fish unfortunately they have switched to a more flour based breading recently and although it was crunchy it was not what I was expecting.
We ordered an appetizer or gizzards, the flavor was fantastic! They were fresh and hot but a little too chewy for me.
I had the whole catfish and fries.
It was good but didn't have the breading I thought it would.
My husband got the catfish fillets, he felt like there was more breading than fish and it tasted really muddy and fatty.
Since he didn't like those we ordered the chicken wings.
They said they were smoked then fried.
I thought this sounded like a unique and delicious combo.
Unfortunately there was not any smoke flavor.
This wings were still good and the buffalo sauce was great.
