Big Burger used to be my go-to spot for a satisfying meal, but my recent visit left me a bit disheartened. 🍔

While the burgers still deliver a decent taste, the service has slipped, with a long wait before anyone acknowledged our presence. My husband’s "cheese only" tenderloin sandwich was correct, yet mine came with just mayo - definitely not what I ordered!

The tater tots were surprisingly undercooked, a letdown since I’ve always loved them here. Just a note: double-check your orders before leaving the drive-thru. Hopefully, they can bring back the charm they once had!
