BibiSol is a fantastic addition to Sioux Falls! The warm, inviting atmosphere instantly makes you feel at home. I opted for the Ceviche Tostada, and it was absolutely stellar - the fresh flavors paired with that crispy shell were heavenly! My partner indulged in the barbacoa empanada, complemented by a rich mole sauce that left us craving more.

It's evident that Chefs Marcela, Patricia, and Chris pour their hearts into every dish. Excited to try more of their menu soon! 🌟
