Fernson Downtown is a must-visit in Sioux Falls! We stumbled upon this cozy brewery after some sightseeing, and it was the highlight of our day. I ordered the Shy Giant IPA, which blew my mind - it’s seriously one of the best IPAs I've tasted. The cheese curds were fantastic too, lightly breaded and super gooey.

The atmosphere is relaxed with plenty of seating, and the staff was friendly. If you're a beer enthusiast, definitely add this spot to your itinerary... 🍻
