I stopped by Ben's Soft Pretzels at the Indianapolis Airport while waiting for my flight. The atmosphere is casual and perfect for a quick snack. I tried their Cinnamon Pretzel, which had a nice flavor, but it could have used more cinnamon sugar - it felt a bit soggy.

While the pretzel was decent, my experience was dampened by a less-than-friendly staff member. A smile or friendly conversation goes a long way!

I appreciated the charging stations nearby, though. Might give it another try if I’m in a hurry, but I hope for better service next time...🥨
