The pretzel bites I ordered for a quick snack turned out to be a letdown.They were not only bland but also burnt, lacking the expected flavor.
The nacho cheese dip, unfortunately, didn't contribute as it turned out to be tasteless as well. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

I will not go here again.
I was waited on with the same person that was rolling out the dough who had gloves on.
They took my money, counted it out, handed it to me and went right back to rolling out the dough with the same gloves! The tall gentleman that was, there was not pleasant to his coworker at all.
The pretzels were not good at all.
I ended up throwing them in the trash.

Rudest employee I’ve ever seen this morning.
Two young boys (around 12 years) were asking for pretzel bites.
They asked politely and had their money ready.
She was mad they were not using a debit card.
Kept telling them they had to wait while the food was sitting in the display.
Then while trying to take their money she started berating her coworker I’ve been in the restaurant business for 40 years.
She would have been terminated immediately.
What an embarrassment to Ben’s
