Arrived at the restaurant for our 2 person 6:30 reservation, but had to wait until 8 to be seated.
Once at the table we waited another 30 minutes to get soft drinks and food orders taken.
After another 20 minutes we finally had our appetizers out and 10 minutes later we had a chef.
The chef was wearing a mask, did not talk AT ALL and just made the food and left, no tricks, jokes, or fun environment.
After waiting for 3 hours, our table finally had food and it was ok, not the food we expected to have after waiting and compared to other places but was not inedible.
In all management refused to give any form of compensation to our group of 2 for all of the wait and not good experience, and the only good staff members was the server at the table who took our orders and got us drinks.
Would not recommend to anyone wanting a good or enjoyable meal, and I will not be returning.
I hope management addresses these problems in the future.

I made reservations for my birthday dinner almost 2 weeks prior.
We arrive at 7:37pm for our 7:30 reservations on 4/23/24.
We were NOT seated promptly.
When we finally were seated we got our pictures taken by the hostess (she was pleasant) but then no one came back to our table for almost an hour.
Quinton finally came to get our drink orders which took another 30-50 minutes to get.
The whole 2 1/2 hours we were ignored we then found out Quinton wasnt even our chef!?! We didn't get a "chef" until close to 9pm and then our food was ready to eat close to 10pm.
Then the table behind us got seated after us and meal prepared Shortly after they arrived and even received a "birthday song" which was also not offered to me.
I had 2 ask for it.
This was my 1st time at this restaurant and the egregiously horrible service nonetheless left a bad taste in my mouth.
It overshadowed how good the food was unfortunately.
1 out of 10 stars would NOT recommend.
Please do better I left unhappy and that was WITH the drinks 🥴 yeah I need this company to FIX it immediately.

I arrived at 6pm and was seated at 6:45pm.
Our server Quinton was very polite.
Brought our side dishes and beverages in a timely manner.
The food was delicious.
The chef was friendly and had no problem adding more to me and my son's plate.
