Beijing Chinese Restaurant is a cozy gem tucked away in Bishop Plaza. 🍜 I recently tried their chicken Mei Fun during lunch, and it didn’t disappoint! The stir-fry had a perfect balance of flavors, and the white rice served alongside was fluffy and on point.

Their lunch specials, running from 11-3, are a steal with generous portions, including an egg roll!

While the food is great, I did notice some inconsistency in service during my visit. Hopefully, the staff can work on being more welcoming to everyone. All in all, good food at a fantastic price! 🌟
