Bebop Waffle Shop is a cozy breakfast gem in West Seattle! 🌟

The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with lovely decor and plenty of plants. I ordered the breakfast sandwich, and wow, it was delicious - fresh and bursting with flavor. The staff were welcoming and attentive; Kari even offered me honey for my hot water.

While the waffle I tried was a bit soggy and not as warm as I'd hoped, the cornbread option had fantastic texture and flavor!

This spot is great for families and has cute touches like coloring pages for kids. I'll definitely be back for another go at those waffles! 🧇✨
