Bay Town Burger Co is a hidden gem for burger lovers in Mobile! 🍔 The Beignet Burger was an absolute highlight - juicy, peppery, and packed with flavor. The crispy fried pickles and dugout fries were tasty, but the fries could use a bit more seasoning.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness was a concern, with tables and floors needing attention. Service was friendly but seemed a bit slow, possibly due to understaffing.

Overall, I'd recommend the burgers and beignets for takeout, but they could definitely improve their cleanliness and service speed! I'll be back for sure... 😊
