Bastien's Restaurant is a delightful throwback to the 1950s, with an atmosphere as cozy as a family gathering. I indulged in the 10oz New York strip with the incredible coffee rub, paired with creamy avocado chimichurri that was heavenly. The garlic mashed potatoes might have converted me to a fan - they were that flavorful!

Dessert stole the show: the strawberry rhubarb pie served in a cast iron skillet was divine! 🎉

Though the service was a bit spotty at times, the charming staff made it more than worthwhile. This place is a hidden gem on Colfax, and I'm already craving another visit... 🍴✨
