September 11, 2024I recently visited Barro's Pizza on Thunderbird Rd, and it was a mixed bag. The cozy atmosphere made it a nice spot for a casual bite. I ordered a BBQ chicken pizza and 24 bone-in wings. While the pizza was flavorful, the wings were a tad dry with not enough sauce, which was disappointing.
On a positive note, the staff were friendly and the service was swift! The outdoor seating looked inviting, especially on a nice evening. It’s affordable and family-friendly, but I hope they can improve on the wing sauce situation for the next visit. 🍕
