Barking Dog, located in The Highgate Building on 3rd Avenue, is a cozy spot that embraces the spirit of American comfort food. With a casual atmosphere and a popular brunch menu, it’s ideal for dog lovers, as many furry friends enjoy the outdoor seating area. Though the service can be a tad slow during busy weekends, the great coffee and standout dishes like the Braised Short Ribs burger make it worth the wait. September 13, 2024I recently had brunch at Barking Dog, and it was a delightful experience! 🥞 The dog-friendly vibe was a major plus, with so many cute pups around. The Country Omelette I ordered was fluffy and packed with flavor, while my boyfriend loved his Eggs Benedict and toasted blueberry muffin.
Service was friendly and quick, despite the weekend crowd. Just a note, I wish the biscuits had come with butter or jelly - they were a tad dry on their own. Overall, a cozy spot with a great brunch menu - I can’t wait to return! 🐶✨
