We stumbled upon Bar Giulio Cesare just before exploring the Vatican, and I’m glad we did! This spot has a laid-back vibe perfect for a casual meal. The staff, especially Luigi, were friendly and made us feel welcome, even with our offbeat breakfast choices of pizza and pasta at 10 AM.
