Baoguette Vietnamese Bistro is a cozy spot tucked away in Parkside Mall. The Nam Vang Noodles truly deserve the spotlight with their fragrant broth and tender quail eggs. The pork skewers were solid and flavorful, while the shrimp salad rolls were just okay - could use a zippier sauce.

The decor is simple and functional, perfect for a casual meal. Just a heads up: it's cash or debit only! I'll definitely be back to savor those noodles again... 🍜
