Avesta Restaurant, nestled in the UNT Student Union, is a delightful surprise for those seeking both comfort and healthy fare. ✨ I recently tried their internationally inspired lunch specials and was truly impressed! The chicken shawarma wrap was bursting with flavor, complemented by fresh, vibrant ingredients.

The atmosphere is casual yet trendy, making it perfect for students and staff alike. The staff were friendly, and despite the occasional disorganization, they were always accommodating.

While the dessert - a stunning chocolate-covered cherry topped with golden flakes - was a bit small for the price, it beautifully capped off the meal. I look forward to returning to support UNT! 🍽️
