Atlas Restaurant offers a delightful dive into Uyghur cuisine, perfect for family gatherings. The tender lamb skewers were bursting with flavor, and the hand-pulled noodles were wonderfully chewy. While the service took a bit longer as the crowd grew, the warm and cozy atmosphere made up for it. Don't miss their dumplings - they're some of the best I've had!
