I've been to this location 3 times and it is by far the worst Arby's I've ever been too, management does not care about proper training,l.
Bathrooms are a catastrophe, and I've ordered the French dip all three times, and each time they've forgotten the sauce, not much of a dip is it? I think this location needs a visit from corporate office or just new management that cares.

Don't know why Arby's isn't more popular because this location ROCKS.
My food is always hot and fresh and the staff are super friendly.

I couldn't request light ice in my drink through the app, so I asked the young lady for that when I pulled up.
I was told that wasn't possible because she had already made it.
I asked if she would just take out some of the ice, and as soon as she started speaking, a man came on the intercom with a loud and very rude tune to say, "No." If I didn't know Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior, I would have gone into the restaurant to cuss that man out.
There was no reason to speak to me like that...
especially over ice.
I chose to settle for an expensive drink that wasn't the way I wanted it and not confront the guy about his rude customer service.
