We received EXCELLENT customer service here! An item was accidentally left out of our order, and we didn't realize til we got home.
(Yes, I know...
should have checked before pulling away.
Oops!) We called as soon as we realized, and they saw that it had been left out so told us to come back any time in the next 30 days with our receipt and they'd give us a replacement.
Well, I went back right away, and they went above and beyond to make it right! Grateful for their positive attitudes and their kindness! (Oh and the food was nice and hot - even during non-peak hours.)

Took my grandma here for lunch today.
Very clean super fresh food.
The man working in the back was so friendly greeting us from behind the grill., and coming out to check on how the food was while we were eating.
A plus service for him and this location!

Since the one in Yukon closed - we very rarely go to Arby's but when we do - this place is awesome - they're fast, reliable and I've never had a bad experience.
Hopefully they'll stay open!
