Arby's

Every table in the place was dirty and we were the only people in restaurant for dine in.
They were super slow, you would think someone would clean some tables.
Also there is an outlet without a cover in the dining room, I hope no kids get hurt, and the bathrooms need some serious help, the women's sink looks like it's going to fall at any moment and the men's was nasty and all the wall trim coming off and really dirty.
Ceilings have leaked and the outside needs some care too...
You would think a restaurant would keep their place up.
Lucky we don't live here and was just passing through but this is the worst looking Arby's I have seen.
Sitting there eating my food I wondered how clean the kitchen was too.

In a phrase: "Eh, good enough." They got my order right, and my food tasted good.
There were napkins and condiments and so forth.
Good enough. But definitely not first-class or anything to recommend it.
Every station was dirty (not filthy, but napkins were strewn, straws were in disarray).
Trash cans needed emptying, tables had crumbs on them.
There were only three people working, and while the inside wasn't busy, the drive-through was, so maybe they were too busy to clean. But I got what I wanted, so I'm happy.
Nothing to deter, nothing to recommend.

I hadn't been to this particular restaurant in a couple years, because of something that turned me off previously.
Honestly I don't even remember what it was, but I'm certain it wasn't something to do with filth/hygiene because I don't forget that.
It was probably a customer service issue.
Anyway this place has really stepped their game up, employees were really friendly, the two classic chicken sandwiches for $6 was a steal because they were really good quality sandwiches.
I don't give five stars to fast food and four stars is high, but they definitely deserve it.
So much so that I went back a few days later, got the same thing, and had the same experience.
