Asked for the manager and she said oh its the thickness of the patty.
Please hire someone who knows when a patty is pulled out of the fryer too soon and a manager who will take responsibility.
If you look at the picture you can tell only the breading was cooked. **update** Arby's had me fill out the link and said they would have a team member "make it right " well couple months have gone by and nothing was done.....lol.

"Market Fresh" yeah yellow and black lettuce is really appealing, first time I ate here I got the fried chicken sandwich and it was undercooked so a month later I decide to play it safe by getting a lunch meat sandwich and the lettuce is yellowed and black.
Definitely would not recommend, can't trust the "cooked" meals and "fresh" meals are topped with soggy starting to rot veggies.

Friendly staff, efficient.
Did not have to wait long for our oder.
We dined in.
The resturant was clean , we enjoyed dining in.
I had a rueben sandwich, my husband had he roast beef and a chicken sandwich.
He was happy with them and he said they were tasty, filling and enjoyed both of them.
