I have ordered a delivery dinner which took 80 minutes instead of the 40/50 notified at the time of the order.The delivery was sent to the wrong address… The restaurant wanted to send me the cold dinner anyway which I refused or make me wait longer for a new warm one.I proposed to re-deliver the same food and to pay only if it was warm enough once received. The restaurant did not accept and cancelled the order, leaving me without dinner after waiting for 1 hour and half (Clearly they knew it was cold but tried to re-deliver it again and make me pay for a late cold dinner) Very bad service.
